[Responsibilities]
Supporting optimized inventory management and consignment management for distributors warehouse and customer site
Execute cycle count for distributors and hospitals on a regular basis
Scanning consignment inventory in hospitals with RFID readers daily.
Support any transaction of sample units and to be recorded in the reporting system
Support sales team to manage sales return and analysis the status on a regular basis.
Checking accounts actual consumption status with distributors in the field.
Coordinate communications between commercial team to Customer Service, Channel Management, and SCM in terms of customs, distributors stock management and reporting to commercial team
Supporting planned RFID system to synchronize with Unique Device Identification and SAP system for Surgical Vision asset management
Support channel management specialist to minimize any expired products and reduce any possible scraps for cost management
Support sales team to GPs coding process.
[Requirements]
Bachelors degrees or above
Minimum 2 years experiences in related field
Field sales in clinic and general hospitals, Distributor management, Logistics experience are highly preferred
Outstanding and clear communication skills; ability to think analytically to understand complex or ambiguous problems or issues and articulate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely
Drive with setting/delivering specific, measurable objectives
Proactive & positive & innovative mind
Good inter-external personal relationship
Fluent English and Korean communication (Writing & Oral) ability
