Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of sales experience in the technology industry and Saas Platform sales.

  • 2 years of experience managing and leading a team.

  • Experience in sales leadership and meeting business goals within enterprise SaaS application.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing or sales support in developing product, solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.

  • Experience reaching and exceeding business goals in the technology industry with SaaS products.

  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.

  • Goal oriented, analytical, detail-oriented, with ability to maneuver in/out from the big picture to the minutiae.

  • Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as it is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders

You will own and execute the plan to drive customer growth and work with other Google Workspace teams on customer expansion and retention. You will form part of the Google Workspace leadership team and sub-regional extended Google Cloud leadership team, giving you an opportunity to impact broader than the Google Workspace.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry.   • Achieve and forecast quarterly goals, customer acquisition goals, and customer retention goals.

  • Hire, coach, and drive a high-performance team to deliver against assigned acquisition and growth goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience.

  • Build a high-growth territory strategy and execute on it. Work with Field Sales Managers, Partner Sales Managers, Customer Engineering, and Google Partners to maximize business results and open opportunities with large enterprise customers.

  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.

  • Contribute to the regional Google Cloud leadership team and the Google Workspace team.
