Amentum Quality Manager - OCONUS in Seoul, South Korea

Amentum is seeking a Quality Manager in South Korea to support a mission-critical customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Review contract documents including specifications, scope of work (SOW), contracts, teaming agreements, submittal review, and requests for information (RFI).

  • Read and understand blueprints of all disciplines, including but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), energy management, structural, concrete and finishes.

  • Implement Procore or other submittal software.

  • Understand the requirements of coordination drawings and their implementation.

  • Collaborate, coordinate, communicate and share information to all shareholders.

  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting professionally.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess computer skills of implementing word, excel, power point and associated construction software.

  • Detailed knowledge of the USACE 3 phase system of quality management for contractors.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Engineers Manual 385-1-1 (EM385-1-1).

  • Complete knowledge of Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) and safety data sheet (SDS) and their implementation.

  • 5 years of continuous work in the construction industry as a project manager, superintendent or inspector.

  • Graduate Engineer / Graduate Architect / Graduate Construction Manager.

  • Hold Certificate for Construction Quality Management for Subcontractors by USACE - Overseas Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TS Clearance
