What you’ll do:

  • This position is responsible for managing and monitoring on-time delivery for all customers in order to satisfy them through working closely with the sales team.

  • Furthermore, this position is acting as the first point of contact for billing duties, ensuring all invoices are verified and sent to customers in a timely manner, evaluating customer requests, and handling orders, deliveries, and complaints. And it is crucial to monitor the production status and schedule of each order daily to ensure an accurate sales forecast.

  • It is preferred work experience with EPC/Shipyard or related industries in project-based. And strong communication skills are essential.

  • Acting as the first point of contact of customers

  • Evaluating customer requests / tender documents and recommending suitable products to meet customer specifications.

  • Handling customer inquiries on stock availability, order and delivery status.

  • Expediting the production schedule to meet customer request date

  • Assisting customers with analysis of application requirements. Coordinating information flow with factory engineering as necessary to meet customer’s special requirements.

  • Receiving, reviewing for accuracy of pricing and technical data and processing of customer orders.

  • Preparing technical project proposals and pricing quotations with delivery and credit terms to customers. Negotiating pricing with vendors and distributors. Seek sales manager’s guidance for special circumstances.

  • Preparing documents to ensure goods are delivered according to incoterms, including managing customs clearance and shipping documents.

  • Preparing necessary documentation and discuss of wording agreement for bank guarantee

  • Evaluating customer requests for product failure replacements and coordinating with factory as necessary, for amicable resolution

  • Filing of quotations and sales orders processed.

  • Schedule (Manufacturing, Delivery & etc.) management

  • Reporting order/project status

  • Sales forecasts and shipment statuses are reported on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • +2 years' experience in EPC/Shipyard or related industries in project-based would be preferred

  • Multiple years experience in managing a customer requirements, better in manufacturing industry

Skills:

  • Good English (Written / Oral)

  • SAP knowledge will be required

  • Excellent skill in MS Office

  • Good communication/negotiation skill

  • Multi-tasking Time management

  • Ability to work under pressure
