This position is for a Manufacturing Engineer with a company location in Senatobia, MS.

Summary: As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will drive improvements in production of GPG Switches & Fuse gear, Electrification Smart Power (ELSP) in Senatobia, Mississippi.

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, configure and optimize both existing and new manufacturing processes from inception through start up and certification. Perform process assessments, collecting and interpreting an array of measurements and data to determine the best solution. Ensures appropriate production methods, cycle time, equipment performance and materials/components in support of production targets. Provide documentation of process, visual and quality standards, including fabrication of operating instructions where required. Develop test specification for new and existing lines. Develop test equipment specification for existing and new product introduction. Implement Engineering changes.

Requirement and Qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC/R. Includes experience with diagnosing and repairs of walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerators. Basic experience with plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.

  Knowledge of overall system design and applications. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Universal CFC recovery certification. License as required by authority having jurisdiction.
