This is a job for a Manufacturing Cost Accounting Intern position with the company located in the Senatobia, MS area.

Job Summary:

ABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected. Its intelligent products and solutions make power more competitive by improving the energy efficiency, productivity, and reliability of almost any operation.

Responsibilities:

Assist with in month-end closing activities. Participate in projects related to addressing product costs. Perform reconciliations of site balance sheet. Mentoring and networking opportunities. Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Accounting the United States. Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Ability and willingness to spend time in a production environment. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions. Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress. Good understanding of Microsoft Excel is required. SAP experience is preferred. Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
