PMO Analysts participate in the achievement of the PMO's objectives through data entry, analysis, and metrics.

Key responsibilities of the PMO Analyst are to establish automated data transfer solutions between internal systems/documents and to develop and maintain automated dashboards for the Trauma business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of automated PMO tools and reports.

  • Support daily project work by developing solutions to drive efficiencies such as automated data transfer between CAD/PLM/ERP/MFG systems and documents.

  • Support data analysis for short- and long-term planning under guidance.

  • Support the creation of weekly and monthly PMO metric reports using dashboards and metrics to measure success.

  • Assist in the development of the project charter and Gantt charts using reporting tools and data.

  • Assist in the creation of risk register and risk management plans for programs.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of resource tracking tools.

  • Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline.

  • Build productive working relationships with departments that are key partners (e.g., R&D, AO, CQR and Marketing).

Education / Training:

  • BS or equivalent (in computer sciences, engineering or similar)

  • 0+ years of work experience

Experience /Special knowledge:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Understanding of data, analytics, and reporting.

  • Advanced programming skills in VBA and/or Python.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.

  • Experience with automatization tools, preferably also machine learning and artificial intelligence.

  • Interest in project management principles and practices.
