You will be an End-to-End Planning Business Process Expert focusing on Capacity Planning, Sourcing Optimization decision for inter-region and inter-country sourcing, as required to meet demand in the region. Driving operation excellence & continuous improvement activities into AMEA region.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Manage mid to long-term RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity planning) from BU, including IBP and SP planning horizon, facilitation of capacity changes, supply constraint review in IBP cycle, optimization of long-term production plan etc.

  • Design plans for BU to support inter-country, intra-country, and inter-region sourcing decisions, escalate and support BU on addressing sourcing challenges.

  • Develop & Deliver end to end planning process excellence by leverage VSM tool to mapping current and future state operations. Ensure integration with demand planning, network design, RTM, logistic for any changes/updates, looking for opportunities to continuously improve across all CS&L areas.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Planning Transformation team for future S4/O9 implementation, lead DRP/MPS/PPDS/MRP design o9 process setup.

  • Adopt Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and work on Supply Network capabilities to drive value and loss elimination.

  • Provide support and initiate improvements to the BU planning to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs.

What you will bring

  • Comprehensive supply chain and planning experience with strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment.

  • E2E planning experience including both Demand Planning & Supply Planning or Plant Planning.

  • Interaction with all BU, and cross region

  • Understanding Integrated Lean 6 sigma WOW and can leverage VSM knowledge to identify and eliminate losses.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions, levels, and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with supply planning process, develop/improve/harmonize planning process in AMEA.

  • Working knowledge with planning systems.

  • Open to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systems.

  • Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 8+years’ experience in E2E planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, PPIC and Manufactory experience preferred to have better understanding on technology processing, capacity planning etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field required.

  • Operational knowledge of SAP ECC/APO/BI in Supply Chain through formal training and experience, Understanding of IBP/ S&OP/ Project management methodology

  • Familiarity with end-to-end planning process, develop/improve/harmonize planning process in AMEA.

  • Understanding Integrated Lean 6 sigma WOW and can leverage VSM (Value Stream Mapping) knowledge to identify and eliminate losses.
