Overview

As the Senior Executive - Planning & Replenishment, you will be responsible for managing all This job is to generate supply planning to fulfill business requests, and co-ordinate with production planner and material planner to ensure production and delivery schedule on time. FG inventory control and SAP system maintenance is this position’s responsibility.

What you will do

Raw and Packing Material (RM & PM) Planning and Replenishment

  • Oversee weekly RM & PM requirements, ensuring timely replenishment and order placement to support production schedules

  • Provide suppliers with forecasts for bulky materials, manage inventory levels efficiently, and coordinate safe and timely deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate material master data in SAP and APO, recommend optimal MOQs based on trends, and manage material transitions for product launches to minimize scrap.

  • Participate in inventory counts activities, ensure compliance with quality, plant ESH standards, FP&R standards

  • Proactively address potential supplier-related issues

Production Planning

  • Analyze and consolidate weekly net requirements from APO, assess production line capacity and work on weekly order confirmations.

  • Apply APO planning, develop and manage a detailed weekly production schedule by shift, line, and SKU, lead schedule discussions in operations meetings, and adjust schedules in response to changes or deviations within the frozen period.

  • Collaborate with team leaders to quickly address material shortages/operation related issues and revise schedules.

  • Attend relevant meetings, communicate weekly production schedules, prepare monthly KPI reports, provide timely feedback on export order confirmations, and contribute to planning-related projects and initiatives.

Cross Border Sourcing – Export

  • Set up and test new GSN lanes for export customers, align STH with sourcing countries, and incorporate export demand into the weekly production schedule, via APO system

  • Download weekly customer demand from the APO system, confirm orders with customers, and track finish goods availability for shipments..

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure export stock availability, provide container forecast and collaborate with the Logistic team for shipments.

  • Manage the creation and implementation of new export SKUs .

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience from a reputable university

  • 2+ years of Material or Production Planning experience in a manufacturing setup

  • Good English proficiency and computer literacy

  • Good interpersonal skill and analytical ability

  • Be familiar with the Supply Chain concepts and operation

  • Have knowledge on SAP / APO Planning.

  • Exposure in digitisation and system automation is an added advantage
