About you

You are familiar and come with similar experience in the Elevator Service business and are able to work closely/lead a team of Technicians to provide best-in-class support to Otis' facilities.

What you will be doing

  • To plan and schedule monthly service activities

  • Ensure all monthly service activities are completed as scheduled

  • Ensure breakdown ratio and response time target is achieved

  • Ensure prompt response to breakdown maintenance

  • Ensure all service equipment is in a safe and good working condition

  • Ensure all standby activities are carry out promptly and appropriately

  • Ensure all new Field Operations colleagues are trained as per company and industry's requirement

  • Involved in staffing issues such as disciplinary matters

  • Ensure all maintenances and repair works are carried out in accordance to company requirement andconforming to all applicable law and regulation enforced

  • Comply to Otis 3 most important Absolutes - Ethics, Safety and Quality and impart/enforce team compliance to the Otis Absolutes

  • Ensure timely submission of time ticket and OT for the team

What you will need to be successful

  • Minimum 4-6 years working experience as a Supervisor/ Senior Engineer in Lift business

  • Degree in relevant Engineering field

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team of Field Operations colleagues

  • Good communication skills in Malay and English, both spoken and written; knowledge in other language(s) is an added advantage

  • Possess valid driving license and own car, able and willing to travel to work sites as required
