Role Summary:

The Assembler will be responsible for the preparation of assembly work and documentation. This position will also assemble a variety of equipment and tools, perform test requirements and sand blasting if require.

Additionally, the Assembler will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, inspecting and reassembly during any repair process, and occasionally will support attend site service when required.

This person will have access to the most modern materials and tools at our facility to accomplish these expectations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating basic equipment and carry out routine tasks.

  • Carry out operational tasks by following established processes.

  • Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance.

  • Follow basic mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.

  • Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.

  • Exchange information with people by having courteous interactions with them.

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and physically fit to safely lift up equipment (if needed)

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • With a background in the mechanical industry,

  • 1-2 years working experience in mechanical assembly, sand blasting will be a plus.

  • Good communication/interpersonal skills.

  • Strong self-motivation, willingness to learn, and work ethics.

  • Basic data input of Microsoft Word and Outlook.

  • Able to work independently.

  • Able to work overtime and weekends (if needed).

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering and / or 0-2 years relevant experience. (Mechatronic is a plus)
