TREE TOP INC Machine Operator - Selah Plant in Selah, Washington

SUMMARY: Balance line production, monitor data and waste, control points, check the quality of supplies and materials. Operate machines for start-up, shut-down, CIP, sterilizing and pasteurizing. Fill containers with product that meets specifications, enclose containers and properly cool product. Transfer containers from a pallet to a conveyor and record pallets used. Monitor quality and flow to the fillers. Operate the de-palletizer efficiently and understand its capabilities. Monitor machine performances and assist in identifying and solving problems. Produce finished goods that meet customer specifications and conform to HACCP regulations. Only qualified Operators can relieve the positions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Include the following. Frequently lift and/ or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and/ or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for testing, distance vision for observing line flow, color vision for testing and seeing juice/ sauce color, peripheral vision to observe two processes, depth perception for working with machinery and the ability to adjust focus for seeing defective material.
