Role overview

We are looking for a young and ambitious generalist to work on expansion projects. You would be tasked with overseeing and handling various tasks from research, documentation, communication, and implementation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research leads for potential collaborations and partnerships, and maintain an updated database/CRM on a daily basis

  • Get in touch with leads to gather information

  • Travel to meet and explore opportunities (short term stays from 1 to 14 days)

  • Identify potential partnerships and outline sustainable collaborations

  • Develop new and maintain existing relationships with key partners

  • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets

  • Coordinating with different teams to drive the project to completion 

  • Setting up follow up actions that maximize the project outcomes

  • Working with third parties where & when necessary to the project


    Ideal Candidate

  • 1 - 4 years of experience working in a project-driven environment 

  • Strong interpersonal and people skills to build value added relationships with individuals at all levels both internally and externally

  • Strong financial, analytical and negotiation skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong organizational and stress management skills

  • Solid research and documentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel

  • Flexibility with traveling for short periods (1 - 14 days)

  • Ability to work with little to no supervision

  • Ability to deal with conflicts constructively to be a self-starter whose goal is to get the job done

  • Attention to detail and excellent judgment
