Fireside Home Solutions Garage Door Service Technician in Sedro Woolley, Washington

Position Type: Full-time; Hourly

Location: Sedro-Woolley, WA

Wage Scale : $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Responsibilities:

  • Service all types of overhead doors and parts in accordance with company and manufacturers standards

  • Check work for errors and correct them if necessary

  • Complete all scheduled jobs, notify scheduler and customer is running behind or need to reschedule

  • Verify and load all equipment and parts for each job

  • Audit small parts and notify of shortages

  • Assist staging work for the week

  • Ability to drive unrestricted during normal business hours

  • Professionally communicate with customers, home owners, or builders

  • Clean job site at completion of work

  • Complete time card with all pertinent information

  • Maintain company vehicle and all company provided tools

    Requirements:

  • Knowledge of installing and/or servicing of garage

  • Valid WA Driver’s License with clean driving record

  • Ability to lift in excess of 80lbs

  • Regular attendance is required
