What You Will Do

  • Manage vendor relationships, overseeing contract negotiation, cost control, capacity planning, and fulfillment.

  • Lead the scheduling and execution of new product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Establish and nurture long-term vendor partnerships to support professional business engagement and sustained growth.

  • Play a critical role in streamlining internal processes to ensure ZT products are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies.

What You Bring

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Proven ability to initiate and lead successful vendor engagements.

  • strong skills in data management, analysis, and presentation.

  • Expertise in conflict resolution, driving internal processes for the collective benefit of the organization.

  • Experience mentoring and guiding team members within the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues through innovative and creative problem-solving.

  • Advanced understanding of procurement principles, theories, and processes.

  • strong communication skills with the ability to present information effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
