Job Details:

Pay and schedule info: $18.10 plus $2 perfect attendance incentive, 8:05 am to 4:50 pm , Monday to Friday. Occasional Sat work may require.

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Mega Jet Area. This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also monitor all equipment to insure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Tasks/Duties

This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis. The position is responsible to assist, train, and encourage Team Members in their area of responsibility. This position is responsible to set up their line(s) for production and any other duties assigned by Management. This position will be able to complete each job in the Debone area. This position is also required to complete various log sheets. This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid or dusty conditions. This position will require walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis

This position requires basic math and computer skills.

Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork

*Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.

PreferredSkills

Forklift experience preferred, but not required.

Team lead or line lead experience preferred but not required.

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent another certificate preferred, but not required.

Prior poultry experience preferred but not required.
