Job Information

Floorworks, Inc. Warehouseman in Seattle, Washington

Job Purpose: Facilitate the execution of jobs by gathering and organizing job materials and maintaining warehouse facility and tools.

  • Coordinates with project managers to map material pick-ups (or returns) at various vendor locations.
  • Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors. Checks purchase order against materials at vendor for accuracy and labels materials accordingly. Communicates any changes to project manager.
  • Loads and unloads materials at warehouse in an orderly manner.
  • Receives materials delivered to warehouse.
  • Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arranging for repairs; maintains vehicle is clean, safe, and general good condition.
  • Maintains warehouse space in clean and orderly fashion.
  • Coordinates with project managers to gather all necessary supplies and materials for jobs and prepares materials for pickup by installers. Assists installers with pickup and deployment.
  • Deliver and load materials to jobsites.

Construction background is a plus but not necessary.
