Contract Position
$24.85-$28.46/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with the internal & external supply chain to fulfill the responsibilities of the Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) role on the BCA Flight test test team.
- Incorporate change and plan decisions to arrive at optimal solutions.
- Apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain.
- Analyze complex material requirements.
- Verify and incorporate Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan.
- Determine part number attributes.
- Initiate, coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
- Ensure on-time delivery.
- Document and resolve order delinquencies.
- Report schedule adherence issues.
- Develop and control inventory plans.
- Optimize inventory levels.
- Analyze and disposition excess inventories.
- Initiates audits.
- Develop and create schedules for products and services.
- Assist in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals.
- Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance.
Qualifications:
- Typically 3 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
- 2 or more years of experience in supporting operations, materials management and/or supply chain functions in production environment
- 2 or more years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
- 1+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supply
- Preferred Skills:
- 3 or more years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, or another industry
- BA/Master's degree or higher
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office suite applications
