ProTrain Subject Matter Expert / Instructor - C++ in Seattle, Washington

POSITION OVERVIEW:

ProTrain is currently recruiting for experienced instructors and subject matter experts in Programming.

Candidates must have experience teaching in a classroom or/and in a synchronous environment, as well as have a minimum of 3 years in various programming capacities.

This is a part time; contracted teaching and SME position to begin immediately. Future classes will be available to the right candidate.

Course Location: Remote

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Subject Matter Expert / Live Online Instructor

  • Instruct students by providing hands-on expertise in various programming languages listed below

  • Increase students? knowledge and understanding of programming concepts

  • Train students who wish to acquire the required skills to prepare for a career in technical support and programming

  • Train students who wish to prepare for certification exams in their respective programming languages

  • Use real equipment that enables students to execute each practical task in a safe environment

  • Train students with high quality practical exercises that cover many of the exam topics they will encounter on their certifying exams

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

  • Latest C++ / Visual Studio 2019

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3-5 years teaching experience

  • Teaching certification preferred

  • Minimum 3 years in related field of study

  • Must adhere to weekly class schedule
