About the Starbucks Summer Internship Program: *  *

The Starbucks Internship Program is paid, full time, 10 week program (June  – August 2025), designed to provide students with an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience in a field of interest and expertise within the Starbucks Store Development Enterprise. Roles will be based out of the Seattle Support Center in Seattle, WA.

Some things for you to tackle include: *  *

  • Collaborating across functional and program teams to identify stakeholders’ needs and problems to solve

  • Design and project manage engaging key leader meetings focused on Store Development teams and operationalizing ways of working

  • Design and apply the strategy to transition process documentation to the new platform

  • Process improvement & documentation of key processes across the business of Store Development (real estate, design, construction, facilities)

  • Facilitate & navigate robust conversations to help frame problems and identify solutions

Internship Program Qualifications: *      *

  • Active enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree

  • Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026

  • Ability to work full time from June – August 2025

  • Eligibility to work in the United States
