GSF is constantly pushing the limits of ultra-fast delivery on behalf of our customers. The Delivery team within GSF is looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to lead worldwide transportation operations execution and performance. As Sr. PM, you'll lead a team of program managers optimizing our delivery network globally. The leader will have autonomy and responsibility for several strategic goals and KPIs related to cost and customer experience. The leader will build operational workflows and mechanisms to quickly identify and diagnose opportunities for improvement across multiple vectors. As a team leader, the PM will both personally and through their team seek understanding of problems, inspire ideas and solutions, and execute pilots and experiments to confirm/disprove hypotheses. A successful candidate will have the ability to quickly troubleshoot and respond in the now while thinking creatively to build and enhance for the future. To do so, the leader will partner closely with technical and worldwide operations counterparts to understand the ecosystem end-to-end and will have a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across different organizational lines. Responsibilities include: Lead and develop a team of program managers to optimize, solve and innovate on behalf of Amazon's customers. Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to proactively identify, optimize, track and report performance. Developing and utilizing data inputs and KPI's to inform operational adjustments. Define and create processes that will scale to meet growing business demands. Partnering with Directors, VPs, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization.
