Amazon Sr. Program Manager, Voice of Seller in Seattle, Washington

Amazon’s US 3P Business represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast market segment, and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable our Sellers to grow and deliver unique products and services to customers.

We are hiring a Sr. Program Manager to join the Voice of the Seller (VOS) team for SPRS (Selling Partner Recruitment and Success) and related US Store programs. In this role, you will own the launch and delivery of a net new self sustaining Seller <> Amazon product connect platform. This platform will be pivotal for Amazon to establish new ways to tackle the information asymmetry between Amazon Sellers and Amazon product teams, mechanizing our core LP of "Customer Obsession" into our product dev efforts (both proactively and retroactively) for partner teams. The learnings from this effort would be used to inform product/ policies across tech, product, and business/ category teams. The success of this role will amount to a closer working partnership between Amazon and its Sellers, and continued reinvestment of the Seller base into Amazon stores. The ideal candidate here is a mix of both customer facing and product facing capabilities.

Key job responsibilities

Key job responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the group of Sellers within the forum, including vetting requests for additional referrals into the forum. While this isn't a direct account management position, there will be programmatic management mechanisms (1:many) to oversee.

  • Channel personalized messaging post root cause issue resolution, as derived from Seller feedback.

  • Host mentorship/ insight discussions between new and existing Sellers, driving community learning.

  • Managing ongoing feedback discussions with the product teams we support.

  • Conducting usability studies, mock up polling, and other research mechanisms between Sellers and product teams.

  • Work with research and science teams to map proven incremental improvements in SX, as observed from the forum, to WW SX impact estimates and programs.

This Voice of Seller team sits within the Sales Strategy and Operations org.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
