Amazon Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Lifecycle, Creators in Seattle, Washington

Description

The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale. We scale proven marketing strategies across the Creator community, covering the full funnel of attracting, retaining, and educating creators. Using existing and new communication mechanisms, segmentation, and data, we engage and educate Creators, collect Voice of the Creator feedback and translate learnings to product partners. We strive to empower and inspire creators with content, education, and support they need to be successful through all stages of the marketing funnel.

This role will spearhead the holistic lifecycle marketing strategy aimed to engage and support Creators at different stages of the program, helping them them maximize their earnings and build their business on Amazon. You will identify the needs of creators at different stages of the program and deliver strategies around onboarding, re-engagement, and retention, and build lifecycle journeys for the Creator program. Your work will span across both existing marketing channels (email, push, education, social) and launching new ones (SMS, WhatsApp, etc). You will work cross functionally and influence program and product improvements based on creator needs. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and be able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. You must be able to analyze and synthesize data, identifying and tracking key KPIs across the lifecycle marketing funnel.

Key job responsibilities

  • Deliver and execute lifecycle marketing strategy to onboard, re-engage, and retain Creators

  • Identify marketing channel gaps and deliver a strategy for new engagement channels, ultimately owning testing and launch plans

  • Drive experimentation to support Creator activity in the program

  • Input into senior leader-level documents including quarterly business reviews, annual planning documents, and more.

  • Support scaling marketing initiatives to international countries, working closely with product, marketing, and tech partners

  • Improve engagement marketing reporting and analytics, working closely with Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Scientists

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
