Consumer Customer Service Support (C2S2) is seeking a Sr. Manager, Program Management to lead its Program Strategy and Program Delivery Teams.

This is a role focused on leading strategic and / or business critical programs that assists with the WW Customer Service strategy and vision. You will set a bold vision and lead multiple teams of program managers who oversee high impact cross-functional programs in a multi-cultural environment that improve customer and employee experience. Your team will be in charge of key strategic initiatives, global expansions, and designing support strategy for customer facing product expansions.

Required for this role is a detailed comprehension and ability to balance operations, technology, and program management. This individual will be able to anticipate future needs of the organization and create multi-year strategies to achieve them. You will excel at stakeholder management and work with senior leadership across Amazon to learn how your team can provide assistance.

This role can be located in Nashville, Austin, Arlington VA, or Seattle.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage an organization wide project portfolio to ensure key goals are met.

• Lead strategic and / or critical programs that assists Customer Service strategy and vision.

• Build scalable plans and mechanisms to deal with the most ambiguous situations, assessing resource needs and removing bottlenecks.

• Hire, develop, and lead multiple teams of program managers.

• Own global intake for new work that impacts Customer Service.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

  • 7+ years of program or project management experience

  • 7+ years of managing teams experience

  • 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
