The Role: As the Senior Director of mData Strategy at Moderna, you will play a pivotal role in leading our mData platform initiative, directly reporting to VP Clinical Development Science. Here's What You'll Bring to the Table: * 15+ years of leadership experience in data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation within enterprise environments, with a proven track record of driving data-centric innovations. * Demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics, with experience in implementing these technologies to drive business outcomes. * Strong leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams and complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * In-depth knowledge of data management technologies, platforms, and practices, with experience in cloud-based data ecosystems and services. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data governance standards applicable to the biopharma industry. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or higher in a related discipline is preferred.
