We are searching for a Sr. Digital Supply Chain Manager who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnership with world-renowned studios, oversee global content publication, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides. The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program

  • Define value propositions, entitlements, and limitations

  • Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions

  • Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement

  • Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams

  • Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience

  • Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps

  • Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, and driving results

  • Clear verbal/written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines

  • Experience coordinating complex program development cycles

  • Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities

  • Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management

  • Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Supply Chain, Account Management, Partner Management, Operational Management, or Business Development within large global organizations

  • Advanced skills and experience with Excel and Access, or similar database

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services

  • Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills

  • Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required

  • Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment

  • Master’s degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
