Amazon Business is seeking an enthusiastic and self-directed Sr. Analyst Relations Manager to drive Amazon Business’ analyst relations strategy, identification, prioritization, and engagement plan for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 analysts and advisors. The engagement plan will include a calendar of events and engagement, as well as 1:1 activities and 1:many activities to address the lower tier analysts.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead and actualize Amazon Business’ agenda with the analyst/advisor community.

• Build a trusted partnership with analysts and act as the face of Amazon Business to the analysts relations strategy.

• Develop and execute Amazon Business’ analyst & advisor strategy to include a defined calendar of planned engagements by analyst firm for each solution, product and industry with measurable goals and impact.

• Actively identify a network of industry analysts. Create a mechanism to track analyst interactions and manage for impact.

• Work with analysts and advisors to identify the opportunities in which Amazon Business should be included/recommended to clients.

• Formulate strategy to engage industry analysts to highlight products/solutions in analyst coverage and rankings.

• Establish metrics to drive revenue improvement through analyst feedback.

• Establish and track metrics to measure the impact and success of the program.

• Extensive writing for a wide range of projects including analyst briefings and analyst sponsorship/thought leadership programs.

• Manage a team of onshore and offshore resources in executing the AR strategy.

• Work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines as well as balance multiple projects by prioritizing effectively.

• Deliver detailed updates via regular business reviews which showcase key metrics and KPIs reflecting content performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

  • MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
