The Technical Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology, while leveraging a keen technical eye. This role will start as Part Time for first 4 weeks, then transition to Full Time. What You'll Do • Lead individuals, teams, or multiple groups • Propose a plan that leverages a client's existing project management framework and work collaboratively with their client to manage and deliver to the plan • Other responsibilities include: o Driving meetings o Client interactions and communications o Process flows o Project plans o Polish PowerPoint presentations o Liaison between client - engineers - product teams o Ensuring deadlines are well documented and milestones achieved o Analysis What You'll Bring • Independence and Judgment - Strong ability to work independently with little manager oversight, and exercises exceptional judgment when interpreting issues, problems or opportunities. • Confidence, not afraid to push back in a professional way • Personal Flexibility - Strong ability to recognize, adjust and adapt to environmental or business/cultural nuances, and displays emotional maturity in all situations. • Build and Maintain Relationships - Strong ability to build and maintain rapport and trust by building strong relationships with direct team, leadership, stakeholders, and clients. • Communication - Displays exceptional verbal, written and listing for understanding skills. Finds ways to benefit learn and grow from under-challenging roles.
