The Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology. What You'll Do • Back-end engineering capacity to support backlog of critical functionality development needs of Commercial Platform in preparation for the upcoming seasonal launch in the US. • Align with program leadership on development priorities • Understand feature component requirements and key acceptance criteria • Design, code, test, and debug assigned platform component in accordance with requirements • Create and maintain documentation in accordance with requirements • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards • Utilize version control tools to manage code versions and collaborate with other developers • Develop and execute unit tests and integrate them into the build process to ensure code quality What You'll Bring • 7+ years' experience software development • Strong knowledge of Java languages and web development frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Struts. • A bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field (preferred). • SAP integration with APIs • Proven ability to work with high level people managers and deliver outstanding results. • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
