Job Title: Senior DEI Project Manager Location: Hybrid role, must be local to Seattle, WA Part-Time: (25hrs a week) Description The Senior DEI PM, will coordinate DEI learning and development and measurement, learning, and evaluation activities within the DEI center of excellence and for DEI efforts across the organization. What You'll Do • Develop processes for, and coordinate implementation of, DEI learning and development and measurement, learning, and evaluation (MLE) activities. The goal of these activities are to advance understanding of DEI concepts and to document the impact of the foundation's DEI framework, DEI CoE services, DEI division and ERG plans, and other DEI efforts. • Lead working teams, keep stakeholders updated/aligned on progress and issues, and manage meeting cadence. • Organize and support knowledge management of DEI learning and evaluation documents, tools, and resources. Includes managing foundation facing SharePoint to ensure learning resources are updated/relevant and can be easily accessed. • Develop infrastructure to identify, enroll, track, and collaborate with participants in learning and development offerings. Will include partnership with MLE to survey participants.
