LevelTen Energy Senior Transaction Response Specialist in Seattle, Washington

LevelTen Energy is looking for a Transaction Response, Senior Specialist to join the Transactions Team that facilitates renewable energy transactions between Buyers and Sellers. This role will set you up for a career in renewable energy. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter, who is eager to learn the ins and outs of the renewable energy industry. You will be able to develop your project management skills and will have a front row seat to the changing landscape of renewable energy project development and corporate renewable energy procurement process. You will have exposure to a wide range of industry contacts including renewable energy originators, developers, and corporate procurement managers. The preferred location of this role is LevelTens North American headquarters in Seattle, Washington.

Job Description

  • Leadership of Outreach Campaigns - Working closely with Customer Engagement and Transaction Teams within LevelTen, launching targeted outreach campaigns. Specific tasks will include:

    • Manage and organize targeted outreach processes to potential transaction respondents, often requiring the management of multiple processes concurrently
    • Identify and generate lists of relevant transaction respondents based on the unique qualities of market signals (buy- and sell-side)
    • Drive cross-department accountability to ensure outreach processes are executed according to defined timeline and strategy
    • Communicate with external parties via email, phone, and teleconference regarding respondent outreach efforts and attainment metrics
    • Describe complex commercial aspects of a variety of clean energy transactions
  • Content creation - As needed, compile statistics and metrics to internal stakeholders to improve outreach campaigns and transaction engagement strategies. Present findings clearly and concisely to teams through slide decks, workbooks, etc.

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) - Coordinate with Customer Engagement and Sales Enablement Teams to maintain up-to-date customer and stakeholder records.

  • Platform Expertise - Become an expert on the LevelTen Energy software Platform in order to provide assistance to users, manage platform data, quality check customer inputs, and help troubleshoot errors for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Product Improvement - Suggest areas for improvement to the LevelTen Platform and provide feedback on new Platform features.

**Qualifications**

  • 2 to 3 years of full-time professional experience in renewable energy origination or project management.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Salesforce (or similar), Project Management tools (Asana, Jira, or similar), Tableau experience would be a plus.
    • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Understanding of core commercial terms in energy contracting that will impact process participation.
  • Professional Skills:

    • Teamwork: Ability to work a variety of different internal groups.
    • Urgency: Demonstrated ability to complete tasks on time, recognizing the importance of corporate objectives.
    • Professionalism: Collaborate with your peers and superiors to drive cross-department accountability.
    • Language: Fluency in English required, other European language are a plus but not required.
  • Interested in a career in renewable energy/sustainability.
