Requirements

Senior Construction Special Projects (CSP) Senior Project Executive: This is where you come in.

We’re looking for a CSP Senior Project Executive to represent MMFS to existing and potential clients in Western Washington in order to negotiate contracted work and build relationships. It is also the role of a CSP Senior Project Executive to make decisions within projects in regard to the budget and scope, facilitate project management needs, and understand the strategy behind all financial aspects of designated projects. This person should be familiar with existing building mechanical and plumbing systems. In return for achieving aggressive goals, you’ll get rewarded with more to own, a ton of growth opportunities, and more freedom than you’ve probably ever had.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

  • Interface with owners and GC counterparts

  • Budget and scope development

  • Facilitate project management needs

  • Proposal and estimate development and execution

  • Understand project financials and strategizing

  • Be the face of MMFS by leading projects from cradle to grave

  • Collaborate within MMFS for optimal execution of all our offerings

  • Provide new industry relationships to expand MMFS CSP market

  • Collaborate with Sr Exec Team to support group management and development

  • Take a lead role in Vision Traction Organizer (VTO) Initiatives

The CSP Senior Project Executive role reports to Ruben Canas/ VP, Healthcare and Construction Special Projects on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Benefits

Compensation: $120,000 to $160,000 Annually
