Amazon is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge tools aimed at enhancing the productivity and outcomes of our global sales and account management teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness, enabling our teams to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key job responsibilities

· Develop and implement world-class tools and processes to streamline sales and account management operations on a global scale.

· Own the end-to-end rollout of new productivity tools, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by sales and account management teams worldwide.

· Establish closed feedback loops to gather insights and feedback from teams, leveraging this information to continuously improve and refine tools and processes.

· Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization within sales and account management operations.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with business and internal teams, including technology, product, and analytics, to drive alignment and execution of operational initiatives.

· Drive operational excellence by deep diving into chronic problem areas, identifying root causes, and implementing scalable solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive results under tight-deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
