We are seeking a customer obsessed, data oriented Sr. Program Manager to work on the Amazon Launchpad team.

You must be solution-oriented and thrive in a fast paced, demanding and ambitious environment. This work demands a self-starter who is motivated to deliver an exceptional experience to brands in the Amazon Launchpad program. You will accelerate the growth of brands within the Launchpad program by driving engagement with our program and its benefits. Your work will directly impact some of the most talented consumer product startups in the world.

Key job responsibilities

• Understand selling partner needs, defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver a strategy for ongoing selling partner engagement and support.

• Anticipate bottlenecks, be able to make tradeoffs and balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.

• Lead external communications with selling partners and optimize communication strategy for long-term success.

• Drive cross-functional and cross-regional alignment to achieve strategic program goals

• Develop and track key metrics and report program learnings and effectiveness to internal stakeholders.

• Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and working with marketing, sales, tech, analytics, finance, legal, PR, and executive teams to define and deliver solutions.

The role offers and requires collaboration with internal teams and external organizations that support the startup and small and medium business ecosystem. To succeed in this role, you will deploy written and verbal communication skills that enable collaboration across teams, influence cross-functionally and drive results by compelling stakeholders to action through data driven proposals to peers and senior leaders.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
