Amazon Senior Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Retail Compatibility Experience (ARCX) in Seattle, Washington

Description

As a Senior Product Manager - Tech on the Amazon Retail Compatibility Experience (ARCX) team, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap for the foundational tech, shopping tools, and data systems that help customers discover and purchase verified compatible products. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points, set requirements, define product specifications, and deliver solutions that provide a frictionless user experience for customers shopping for compatible products.

Key job responsibilities

  • Understand the current technology landscape, including , ML Gen AI, APIs, needed to generate and vend compatibility data via customer facing products

  • Gather and prioritize compatibility requirements from customers and internal stakeholders

  • Define the product vision, roadmap, and requirements to build foundational tech, shopping tools, and data systems that help customers discover and purchase verified compatible products

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and test compatibility features and integrations

  • Work with design to ensure seamless user experiences that hide complexity and technical constraints

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches to drive awareness and adoption of compatibility solutions

  • Monitor performance, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to improve compatibility across the technology ecosystem

About the team

The Amazon Retail Compatibility Team (ARCx) is dedicated to creating systems and experiences that help customers find products that fit other products they own. If you own a printer, we help you find ink. If you own a car, we help you find wiper blades. We work with a wide area of stakeholders and partners in order to make Amazon the best place to find products for the things customers already own.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

  • MBA

  • Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
