Amazon Senior Product Manager - French CX, French Customer Experience in Seattle, Washington

Description

Amazon Canada's French Customer Experience (FRCX) team is obsessed with delighting our French-language customers and selling partners. The team is dedicated to developing products and features across the Amazon.ca website, products and services delivered at home, and the selling partner journey, that deliver the best shopping and delivery experience.

The team is looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to develop, own, and deliver the end-to-end French-language experience for our Selling Partners. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and scoping experience enhancement opportunities, driving cross-functional development activities with multiple product and technical teams, and delivering solutions that future-proof the French-language selling partner experience.

As Senior Product Manager, you thrive in an entrepreneurial, highly ambiguous, and cross-functional environment. You possess a successful product management and business strategy background. You have experience in developing collaborative relationships and influencing individuals and teams. You place the customer at the center of your product strategy, and leverage data-driven analyses and insights to make decisions. This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, high judgment, and deep curiosity about how things work.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a visionary project north star, multi-year strategy, and detailed project roadmap

  • Deliver and prioritize product requirements, working backwards from the customer

  • Establish customer feedback loops to synthesize feedback and consolidate feature requests, providing specific requirements to engineering and driving follow-up actions and communications

  • Make trade-off decisions with the tech team regarding features and priorities within the roadmap based on overall relative impact and speed to market

  • Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

  • Collaborate with business teams, legal, public policy, and public relations teams to assess and advise on high judgment investment decisions

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
