Your Mission

  • Drive product adoption and usage by creating well defined solutions that solve specific customer challenges

  • Identify, define and prioritize repeatable end-to-end solutions for use cases around Autonomous Database and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

  • Work with product development and solution engineering teams to build and validate the solutions

  • Partner with sales and marketing to deliver high quality product collateral, and influence packaging, messaging and positioning

  • Run effective beta programs with post sales and consulting teams, collect continuous customer feedback and improvise

  • Manage various programs with multiple teams to deliver, publish, implement and improve the solutions

  • Lead and influence product teams to invest and iterate on the right product features

  • Present to internal customers, senior executives, customers and partners

Your DNA and Acumen

  • 2 years of experience in Data Management, Data warehouse and Analytics

  • 4 years of enterprise product management experience

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguous product decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience building value propositions, messaging, and guidance for the field and partners

  • Extensive product-level experience with Oracle Cloud services and database is a plus

  • Bachelor Degree, Masters or MBA preferred

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
