About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, eCommerce Merchandising to develop merchandising strategies that elevate the direct to consumer (DTC) product assortment, create compelling experiences for product releases, and deliver revenue goals and brand objectives. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the product launches, digital-first initiatives, and North America category and channel investments. What You'll Do Create, drive, and own a comprehensive DTC merchandising calendar. Champion product needs, develop launch strategies for products in multiple markets, and manage investments in categories and channels in North America. Continually optimize the consumer journey from initial engagement to post-purchase. Drive website improvements and optimizations using analytics and data insights from a wide range of sources. Collaborate in crafting and launching product-specific landing pages, promotional banners, and content for new releases, seasonal events, and marketing campaigns. About You Experienced and sophisticated eCommerce leader, knowledgeable about best practices and up to date on emerging trends. Consumer-focused with proven experience delivering seamless on-site experiences and compelling product, category, and brand narratives. Proven success leading cross-functional DTC initiatives in a matrixed and collaborative environment. Expertise in creating and evolving a DTC merchandising strategy and calendar in a dynamic and fast-growing organization. Build positive relationships with internal partners to stay up to date on upcoming products and programs and to advocate for the needs of the DTC consumer in a multi-channel environment. Data-driven, able to identify key metrics and use them to measure and improve on the consumer journey. Experience and Requirements 7+ years working in an eCommerce/direct to consumer environment including 3+ years in website operations, merchandising, and operations. Deep understanding of merchandise planning and how to deliver an outstanding digital consumer experience. Advanced project and program management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment. Strong analytical skills; prior experience combining data from various sources and distilling actionable insights. Proficient with Shopify Plus or a comparable eCommerce platform.
