As a senior member of our dedicated team of diverse HR professionals, you will leverage your extensive HR expertise to drive success within our business teams and throughout Blue Origin. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing company-wide HR initiatives, working closely with senior leaders and senior-level functions to advance our organizational, cultural, and leadership goals. In partnership with senior leaders, managers, employees, and HR Service Centers, the core responsibilities include: Provide HR guidance in the areas of performance management, staffing, compensation, employee engagement, organizational design, talent management, and organizational change in alignment with organizational objectives. Provide counsel and guidance to management on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of key business priorities facing the organization. Support HR and business leaders in driving people strategies and initiatives aligned with the business unit goals and objectives. Leverage data and HR acumen to influence action Facilitate and partner on HR trainings for client group. Qualifications: Ability to coach, mentor others, and support professional-client groups. 8+ of broad, progressive responsibility in a professional HR role with at least two years in an HR Generalist capacity Resilient and flexible mindset willing and able to quickly adjust to constant change. Be comfortable with operating in the gray. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources o, or another closely related field, or equivalent work or education experience required. Diplomacy and good judgment when handling routine as well as emotionally charged situations. Ability to think strategically and implement ideas/programs tactically. Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law. Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, , and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
