Essential Duties and Responsibilities Understand and translate concepts to creation and communicate the vision of the project with innovative, creative solutions; Prepare design concepts efficiently with creative flare and confidence to maintain overall consistency; Understand how to use the corporate brand elements for the Geosyntec Family of Companies; Work with copywriters, technical editors, and other content generators to develop graphic design concepts that support the strategic vision of marketing collateral; Develop new graphics and templates for Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to create informative and persuasive presentations; Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics; Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize deadlines while working on multiple projects; Act as quality control lead during the production of files for print (final delivery and proofing); Develop design templates for graphic applications; Develop strong working relationships with internal clients; and Other related duties as assigned. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience, an Associate degree and four (4) years of experience, or six (6) years of experience.
