Ekata, Inc Senior Analyst, User Experience in Seattle, Washington

Position Duties: Define and implement Ekata's visual style and functionality improvements across our products and continually refine it. Work closely with PMs to determine project goals and timelines. Work with other teams and stakeholders to align on goals and communicate progress. Communicate and deliver design assets to developers that set them up for success. Create design assets that communicate your solutions -- wireframes, user flows, low- and high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, animations, HTML/CSS, written instructions, etc. Craft engaging experiences that drive adaption and enable thoughtful and usable interaction for Mastercard's digital identity review solution. Work on localization of solutions to specific regions, as needed including country-specific research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing. Leverage user research, product data, and market research to identify opportunities for both new features and existing feature improvements. Regularly collaborate with product design, engineering, and product and articulate design decisions to partners and senior management.

 

Job Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Programming, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design or related and two (2) years of experience in the job offered as a UX Designer or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience. Qualifying experience must include at least one (1) year with each of the following: UX or interactive design experience and understanding of UX principles; Working with web products and working with engineering; Working with tools to do quick prototypes and do high fidelity designs; Figma; Miro; HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
