If this sounds intriguing, then we would like to talk to you about a role in Selling Partner Recruitment and Development, a growing and entrepreneurial team working with Salesforce to invent new ways to engage with our large supplier base. We are working on new technologies to tackle Selling Partner management, tool engagement, strategic planning, and supply chain and logistics optimization in order to help grow the businesses of our suppliers and improve the customer experience. Our instances (Salesforce and AWS) support millions of suppliers and thousands of internal customers across 30+ countries. Our Salesforce instance is one of the largest implementations at Amazon and Pardot instance is the largest implementation in the world; and with data volume cross tetra bytes.

We are looking for a Salesforce who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Salesforce implementation.

This role will be responsible for developing, configuring and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet customer requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations. Salesforce Administrators should also be familiar with code versioning using Github, working with IDEs and have basic understanding of apex code to be able to read and understand it. Candidates should also be willing to learn and work on new technologies which are available on the AWS platform.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze complex Salesforce business processes, including data management and lighting flows.

  • Design, develop and deploy solutions, including the application and custom objects and fields, lightning flows etc. using Visual Studio code and Github for version control.

  • Perform periodic and ad-hoc testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce.

  • Troubleshoot issues that arise with Salesforce applications and configurations.

  • Manage stakeholder and customer expectation for both technical and operational support.

  • Monitor performance trends and recommend solutions.

  • Maintain documentation, define best practices and communications

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platform, processes and solutions.

  • Look for ways to automate manual processes and increase self-service capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM101)

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience in a large salesforce implementation

  • 2+ years of operational support

  • Experience working in Agile Methodology

  • Should have understanding of ETL tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Certification (ADM201)

  • Have prior experience managing other salesforce products like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, CRM Analytics

  • Basic SQL knowledge

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $164,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
