Job Number: R0196794 Resiliency Analyst Key Role: Work on a team of experienced Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR), Crisis Management, and Cybersecurity Incident Response (IR) professionals to support our clients in designing and implementing best-in-class continuity and recovery solutions. Apply Booz Allen's products and services to assess clients' recovery capabilities, facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops, map downstream resource dependencies, and document recovery strategies for critical operations, technologies, and data. Advise clients on the latest cybersecurity and resilience trends and individually contribute to documenting BC, DR, and IR plans, programs, policies, and trainings. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience contributing to a Business Continuity Disaster Recovery (BCDR) program Experience designing and leading workshops that engage stakeholders to quantify critical processes and systems and map downstream dependencies on software, hardware, datasets, third parties, and shared resources Experience documenting response or recovery plans to perform manual operations, failover technologies to recovery environments, responding to cybersecurity incidents, and transfering services to alternate suppliers or sites Experience with analyzing BCDR policies and supporting governance documentation Experience with the NIST Framework Incident Response Lifecycle, key process steps, IR Plans, playbooks, and cyber scenarios Knowledge of IT infrastructure and supporting areas such as system architecture, recovery requirements, storage, database, networks, backups, security, and operating systems Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Experience working in a consulting or service delivery role, or interacting with cross-functional business groups in a large organization Experience managing and contributing to complex projects Experience supporting a company recover from a material disruption or disaster Create Your Career: Grow With Us Your growth matters to us-that's why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career.
