As the Regional Service Supervisor, you will manage all Service Associates within your designated region. This will include monitoring daily collections schedules, performance management and development, and selecting and hiring talent. You will also act as the service lead to the Sales Representatives in your region. In this capacity, you'll collaborate to develop proactive collection and customer engagement strategies to increase collections and drive revenue generation.

What you will do

  • You will supervise 10+ Service Associates. Supervisory duties include selection of new employees, performance evaluations, career development, authorizing of time cards, overtime assignment, and is responsible for corrective actions.

  • Coach, develop and lead all Service Associates throughout assigned territory in addition to initial on-boarding and continuous education of relevant curriculum.

  • Responsible for overall talent acquisition, including interviewing, selection, and hiring based on the talent needs in the region on-boarding new employees.

  • Work directly with the Service Manager to develop regional talent and receipt collection plans that align with the Service strategy and Divisional strategic imperatives

  • Partner with Sustainability Solutions sales Regional Manager and local sales reps to execute collection strategies, customer engagement, and support for the local Service Associates.

  • Interact with customers (Administrators and Clinicians) regarding the collections of single-devices to increase reprocessing and maximize hospital savings and sustainability initiatives.

  • Responsible for achieving regional performance metrics and reporting to Area Service Manager at an appropriate cadence.

  • Assist in the implementation plans and execution of new accounts to ensure efficient and effective receipt collections and in alignment with customer and sales expectations.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of additional relevant work experience

  • 2+ years service, sales or supply chain experience required

  • 2+ years of leadership experience preferred

  • Must be able to travel up to 60% and live within designated territory

$67,400 - $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
