Meta Project Manager, Product Implementation Operations Demand in Seattle, Washington

Summary:

This role is for a project manager to execute optimization efforts on Product Implementation Operations Demand Planning and Strategy team. This team forecasts, prioritizes, and drives the strategic allocation of Global Operations’ budget and human review capacity.We are seeking a resilient self-starter who is eager to learn, collaborative and a proven project manager. We're targeting an intellectually curious and creative individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, a strategic and operational thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. You have a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency, and contributing to delivering on some of Meta’s most important product goals through operational execution. You will work directly with our cross-functional team across Global Operations to execute global projects from inception to launch.

Required Skills:

Project Manager, Product Implementation Operations Demand Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate planning and execution of multiple small to medium product demand optimization projects

  2. Facilitate coordination across Global Operations organization, to manage, assess outcomes, and prioritize human review budget investment needs

  3. Drive prioritization exercises and decision forums to ensure business budgets drive the highest ROI

  4. Focus on continuous processes improvement and advocate for tooling that contribute to operational excellence

  5. Accountable for project progress, flagging when projects or deadlines are in jeopardy, while maintaining respectful relationships in difficult or stressful situations

  6. Leverage data and analytics teams to find efficiency opportunities and drive effective decision making

  7. Participate and contribute to a strong team culture, where trusted relationships are leveraged to do hard things together

  8. Ability for approximately 10% international travel

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience initiating and driving projects to completion independently, with minimal guidance

  2. 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, Process Optimization, Supply Chain Logistics or Operations Management

  3. Experience in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational initiatives

  4. Experience operating in a fast-paced environment under high pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment

  5. Effective communication skills with the experience to drive consensus when necessary

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
