Amazon Program Manager - Supply Chain, Amazon Fresh Grocery Stores in Seattle, Washington

Description

We are looking for a Program Manager with a track record of delivering results and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations. Understanding of Supply Chain, Capacity management, S&OP, Receiving, LSS and Amazon Operations are critical requirements for this role. The role requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and operational focus. You will need to develop new processes, leveraging the best and creating the rest. High judgement, ability to influence, analytical ability, communication skills and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities

The Program Manager will own specific area's within Supply Chain in terms of current and future process and metric development and performance. High levels of interaction with operation teams and partner corporate teams. Ability to deep dive and discover opportunity's and create future proof solutions to improve the business. You will interact closely with the business team and identify/manage critical projects that improve productivity, increase capacity, and drive efficiency improvements throughout the supply chain. Overall, you will focus on operational capability, innovation and excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
