Program Manager, Identity & Access Management

ABOUT THIS TEAM

our technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. Identity and Access

Management (IAM) program is a core security service supporting enforcement of identity governance controls. The IAM program

encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of identity and access

services across the global enterprise. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar technical acumen and diligent

collaboration among our leadership. We are currently searching for a Program Manager to join our team. Prior experience with and

excitement for Sailpoint IIQ User Access Review (UAR) campaigns and supporting processes is ideal for this role.

A DAY IN THE LIFE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Own and operate the UAR capability within Sailpoint in

partnership with technology and business teams

  • Establish and adhere to UAR practice and process

governance

  • Collaborate with IAM technology manager and program

managers to optimize processes and campaigns

  • Coordinate and execute user access reviews aligned with

best practices and governing policies

  • Execute onboarding of new applications to UAR process

  • Ensure UAR quality and integrity of newly onboarded

applications

  • Execute reconciliation exercises to ensure complete user

populations are covered in UAR scope

  • Serve as the single point of contact for all Compliance team

driven UAR campaigns

  • Support Compliance team through staging and launching

planned UARs

  • Support process and technical troubleshooting efforts

relative to UAR application onboarding, staging, and active

campaigns

  • Effectively manage and communicate program processes

and interdependencies as they relate to broader IAM activities

  • Ensure timely and successful UAR campaigns aligned with

security standards and practices

  • 2+ years of Sailpoint IIQ User Access Review process

execution

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience

  • 2+ years of experience evaluating or designing security

controls related to identity and access management

  • Ability to provide clear, practical, and contextual feedback to

Engineering team

  • Comprehensive understanding of NIST, CIS, ISO, Cobit,

and PCI DSS frameworks

  • Proactive, strong leadership, sound judgement, critical

thinking, and decision-making skills

  • Aptitude to learn managed subject matter to the level of

expertise

  • strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to successfully navigate limited resources with

competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly

evolving organization

  • Demonstrated experience of technology tools such as Jira,

Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft

SharePoint

  • PMP and/or Scrum certification a plus
