Mechanical Sales Inc. Professional Estimator / Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

Mechanical Sales, Inc. has established itself as a premier full-service commercial HVAC manufacturer's representative in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Idaho for over 50 years.

We are actively seeking a professional estimator/project manager to anchor our exponentially growing HVAC & Mechanical business.

This candidate would work lock step with our HVAC team to facilitate the proposal process and support the outside sales team with the sales and order process.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Searching For And Tracking Projects For The Market
  • Managing Plans & Spec Intake Process And Coordinating With Sales Team For Proposal Stage.
  • Working With Various Manufacturers In The Proposal, Submittal, and Ordering Process
  • Follow Up Calls With Customers

     

Qualifications:

 

  • HS Degree Required, Additional Technical Degree Preferred.
  • HVAC and/or Mechanical Industry Experience Preferred.
  • Ability To Read Plans, Specifications And Formulate Material Take Offs.
  • Must Be A Self Motivated Individual Including Ability To Prioritize Tasks With Excellent Deadline Management.
  • Local Position Is Preferred But Not Required For Highly Qualified Candidates.
  • Excellent Verbal And Electronic Communication Skills Required.
  • Candidate Must Be Willing To Learn New Processes And Adapt To Maximize Performance.
