Exceptional customer service, detail-orientation, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task are the keys to success in this role. This hybrid role requires a minimum of four days in our Seattle office with standard work hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Primary Job Responsibilities: Responsible for greeting and directing guests and employees from our corporate front desk at least 50% of the work week with the expectation to collaborate with peers to ensure desk coverage Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests in all matters and communications Assist with new employee onboarding activities including written communication, document organization and sharing, and meeting scheduling to ensure a seamless employee experience Provide administrative support for People team processes and programs, such as managing meeting and room scheduling, organizing team recognition opportunities, coordinating inputs to documents and presentations, auditing intranet pages and team documents, and supporting other projects as needed Provide internal employee event support (will include moving furniture and event set up/break down) as requested Support People Team goal and budget management activities along with engagement initiatives Assist with recruiting efforts as requested such as scheduling interviews, posting and auditing job openings, and escorting candidates to interview rooms Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2+ years of previous experience in an administrative support and/or coordination role.
