Position Description Zayo is seeking an OSP Controls Project Manager for System Implementation to play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of an internal Operations/PMO workflow system. Our OSP Controls Project Manager's expertise will ensure that the platform integration is successful in empowering our day-to-day operations teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that all OSP projects meet our high standards of quality and effectiveness. This role reports to the OSP Controls Director Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, testing, and implementation of a system integration project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression. Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing change management processes as necessary. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and legal regulations. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Business degree/acumen preferred or equivalent work experience, required. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, required. Proven experience in project management, specifically in technology companies and/or telecommunications networks. Strong understanding of process design principles, construction practices, and telecommunications networks. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Basic knowledge and familiarity of GIS-based tools such as MapInfo, ArcView or Google Earth. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite products. Experience with project management software such as Sitetracker a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. Travel as required (Less than 10% estimated) for critical meetings.
